Our shipping partners typically make two or three delivery attempts. In the event they are unable to reach you, we recommend reaching out to them directly to reschedule the delivery.
DISPATCH SCHEDULE
Please be aware that we do not dispatch products on Sundays and holidays due to the unavailability of our logistics partners. If a product or order is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address, we regret to inform you that a refund for the purchase price cannot be provided, and we will not be held responsible.
TRANSIT PERIOD
For domestic deliveries, the courier usually takes 3-8 days to reach its destination.
SPLIT ORDERS
If you have ordered multiple items, they may arrive in separate boxes on different days based on their availability and shipping location. To ensure added protection during transit, our products are often shipped separately, resulting in multiple deliveries to your address.
CHANGE OF ADDRESS REQUESTS
