RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Your satisfaction is important to us, and we strive to provide a hassle-free return and refund process. Please take note of the following guidelines: RETURN WINDOW Your order comes with a two (2) day return window from the date of delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot process refunds or exchange requests beyond this period. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURN Returns are not accepted for masks, innerwear, and accessories. Upon receipt in the original box, the item(s) must be in their original, unused condition within 48 hours. Any tampering with the tags or the garment will result in the quality check rejecting the return request. Damaged or defective products must be returned within two (2) days of delivery. Original barcodes, tags, labels, and packaging should still be on product and brand packaging. If the returned or refunded request is missing or tampered with, Quality Check will reject it. Returns are allowed for one or more items from the same order. RETURN PACKAGE REQUIREMENTS Ensure that the return shipment includes all original accessories, and price tags. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete a return. Please note that the shipping cost is non-refundable, and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. REFUNDS PROCESS Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will send you a confirmation email. If your refund request is approved or rejected, we will promptly inform you. Refunds will be processed once the product passes the quality inspection. Please allow 5-7 days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.
